How much it costs

The fee is made up of an amount per team and an amount per participant (athletes and team officials).

How the registration fee is calculated

  1. Add €190 for each team and €30 for each participant: this is the gross total.
  2. Add up the discount percentages you are entitled to (Early Bird, non-European, group band).
  3. Apply the total percentage to the gross amount: the result is the registration fee to pay.

03 · Accommodation options

Where to stay

8-night stay in a school or gym, from the night of 9 July to the night of 16 July 2027. Prices per person.
It will not be possible to stay in the schools before 9 July.

Partner hotels, farm stays and B&Bs
Clubs can stay in partner accommodation booked through the organisation. Quote on request; booking confirmed with a deposit equal to 3 nights per person within 7 days.

Security deposit of €300 per team, paid on arrival by teams choosing Bed or No bed. Refunded by September, once it has been checked that there is no damage.
2 to 4 team officials per team, in the same room as the athletes. At least one adult in charge of the club must always be present at the school.
Valuables: never leave money or valuables unattended at the school or gym.
Partner hotels: if the team withdraws from the tournament the deposit is not refunded.

Good to know

Rules on withdrawals, visas and travel for clubs staying outside the city.
Entry visas for Italy

Teams that need a visa must already have it by 15 June 2027, or they will be removed from the competition schedule. The organisation supports visa requests as far as it is able.

Withdrawing from the tournament

A club that withdraws completely will not be refunded any amounts already paid.

Clubs staying outside Teramo

We recommend having your own transport. When registering, you can ask the organisation to arrange a vehicle through partner rental agencies, also for the whole period. The service is charged to the club and can be paid to the organisation.

Valid registration

The form must be sent together with the bank transfer receipt for the participation fee and any deposit. Registrations without a copy of the transfer will not be considered.
