OPEN CATEGORYThis category brings together teams whose age requirements do not fit any other category, including athletes of all ages from 16 upwards. (The tournament takes place only if at least 4 teams enter.)
Service run by the organisation with 50-seat coaches on the Rome – Teramo route. Private coach: €2,000 per trip per coach, for your club only. Shared coach: €1,100 per trip, shared with other clubs.
Arrival time and flight number must be sent to the Organisation at least 7 days before arrival. For minibuses or arrivals at other ports and airports we will contact you with a quote.
For groups of more than 50 people, please contact us once you have completed your registration.
You can select more than one option. For example, if the team stays at the school and some team officials in a hotel, select both and in each section enter only the people staying in that accommodation. The estimate will take all your choices into account.
It will not be possible to stay in the schools before 9 July
Extra nights are not included in the stay package and must be requested from the Organisation in advance.
Important: if you choose "Hotel quote request", the cost will not be included in the estimate shown at the end of the form.
The Organisation will calculate the accommodation cost and send it to you later, based on your needs and on availability.
Important: if your team is staying independently, you must tell the Organisation where you will be staying no later than the registration closing date.
We need this information to organise and manage your participation in the tournament.
15 meals, from dinner on 9 July to dinner on 16 July, served at restaurants partnered with the organisation.
When registering you can state any preferences about the restaurant or the option offered. The Organisation will take them into account as far as the availability and schedules of the partner restaurants allow.
